I was promised a 60 minute massage for $60 per their website. I have a confirmation email and text and a screenshot of the price at the time of booking. At the time of my arrival the lady who did my massage who spoke zero English said it was $70, but proceeded to charge me $75. I was desperate because of my back pain so I was going to let that pass and thought, well, the extra $15 will go towards tips. She massaged me for less than 60 minutes (~45ish), I looked at the time before and after. Then as I was leaving she asked for tips. I said that I already paid more than expected to which she took out google translate and told me that this kind of massage costs $20, implying that she expects $20 in tips. I said no, tips are a courtesy and I will only leave $10. I was definitely pressured into leaving more money than expected. I wrote $10 on the receipt, $85 total. In the evening I looked at my bank account and she charged me $95 total for the massage.

I had an amazing experience here! Cici is hands down the best massage therapist — she does an incredible job every time. She’s very skilled, attentive, and super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. The store is also very clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage!
